many establishments are not willing to spend on toilet paper, sad to say
ladies have grown accustomed to bringing their own tissue in their purses for this purpose
some use water to wash after they relieve themselves
or buy from vending machines that sell substandard folded tissue paper
but there is an increasing number of progressive establishments have already provide toilets papers as a standard - department stores, coffee shops, restaurants, ayala malls, etc
