Is This Microwave Safe? Japanese Translation?

I bought some plastic containers and the writing at the back is all in Japanese, so I was wondering if someone can translate it for me and tell me whether it is microwave safe or not?

It says you can use in the microwave but not without the lid on. Cover food in the container with the lid or plastic saran wrap and you should be OK.


For the record the instructions say do not apply to direct heat or in oven grills, do not heat food that is too oily and dont put container in the microwave oven without food in it. If you use a scrubbing brush you will damage the container.
