I don't want to sound rude but if a Bachelor of Commerce (after studying for 3 years) accepts an offer of AED 1.500 he must be very naive or even worse.
Beside that a salary of AED 3.000 and below is considered poverty, you will need money to buy personal hygiene producs, pay the hairdresser, buy clothes, you'll make phone calls, maybe go to an internet cafe, need to pay for transportation, etc.
In your time off you maybe want to escape shared accommodation and spend time by yourself or go somewhere with friends. And no - you won't be allowed to work any part time offically.
To make a long story short - if a salary of AED 1.500 is what you studied for, go for it and end up in misery getting depressed. Illiteral constructions workers can even make that much by working overtime. You won't be able to obtain a drivers license and your family never will be able to join you.
You also should take into consideration that you will have to sign a 2 years contract and you will be stuck with this awful low salary for 2 years without any chance to switch in case of receiving a better offer.
Search for a job opening in any hotel and receive an offer at least of AED 3.000 - AED 5.000 + housing.
All the best and please think twice.
