USPS Depart Sort Facility ?

I recently ordered a new phone on 3/2/13 and it said It should have arrived on the 7th. It is now the 10th and I still hasn't arrived. When I go to track the item is says"Depart USPS Sort Facility , Miami FL. It's been on this for 4 days should I be concerned ?
